you must have read my T.O.S before commissioning me!

by buying, owning or obtaining my art/designs, you automatically have to agree to my terms of service;

failure to follow my terms of service will result in a blacklist (of my designs/art)

you may make edits to characters designs, just not to the point of unrecognizability (eg. adding/lightly removing colours, adding little/few patterns, adding accesories, ect)you cannot retrade/resell the character unless additional art besides the original has been added. Includes trade, swap, resell or freebie trade
if the character is transferred without being on toyhouse contact me firstdo not sell/trade the character for a lower price, higher price only if additional art has been addeddon't use the character or art in/for nsfw purposes everdo not use the character for commercial use (certain situations, contact me first)You may not use my designs or characters for hypochildren/kits or redesigns of media characters , if in the warriors world don't make the character feature in stories or with characters from the book.please do not post my art to permanent places like instagram, twitter or other forums alike. you may post it to places like discord or toyhouse with credit to meyou may use my art as a pfp/profile decor with credit
